Now Offering Prints...

First, I want to say thanks again to all of the other deviantArtists out there who have continued to help me with their thoughtful comments and critiques.
I would like to venture out further into photography. I am going to now offer some of my work as prints. I'll use any revenue I am able to muster up to purchase some new equipment - primarily a Canon EF 17-40mm L series lens and Photoshop CS3 when it comes out.
I haven't been out to photograph for several months - work has been quite busy and the weather out here has been kind of cold and wet, making back roads tough to traverse. I plan on getting back out to some of my favorite spots within the next month.
I look forward to working on some new techniques. I've been reading Ansel Adams' series on photography - what a treasure trove of useful tips and techniques.

Wallpaper Gallery at 70,000 Views

After almost a year of posting wallpapers to this site, I've passed the 70,000 view milestone!
So, I decided to quit being a tight-wad and subscribed to D.A. for a year.

I think I've improved my photography skills because of feedback and seeing whats popular (and not so popular), and from being inspired from the great work many of the the people I watch are putting out. Special thanks to kkart for his encouraging feedback.
