This photograph is actually a "panoramic" stitching of three landscape oriented photos taken in a vertical arrangement.

The original of this has a lot of detail in it - planning on printing as a 20"x16".

I was trying for large depth of field, and a lot of separate, distributed elements to fill out the space (the tree in the foreground, several rock out-croppings on the left side, the rock face in the middle and the rest of the range / ridgeline features off in the distance in the upper right).

The peak is about ~10,500 ft., and I'm standing at 8,500-9,000 ft. (not 100% sure on that), giving you an idea of the scale of the rock face that is seen in this picture.
